• Participated in the workshop on Research Methodology organized by Dr. J. K, Patel Institute of Management, PASM at Vadodara on 23rd and 24th of February 2010.
• Participated in Faculty development Programme on Advance Business Research on 23rd and 24th of July 2012 conducted at Marwadi College at Rajkot.
• Participated in 7th Doctoral colloquium on New techniques of Research at IIM- Ahmedabad on 9th and 10th October 2013.
Strength
Dynamic, resourceful with genuine interest in students’ cognitive and social growth. Actively involved in all areas of education including curriculum development and students’ career development.
Weakness
I have been a perfectionist and try to do every assignment on hand to the best of my ability, and have found myself going over every little detail to see how I could have done it better. This is not a good thing in itself, but I realized that it is important to set realistic criteria for evaluation and to recognize good work and hard effort for what they are for myself or for others.
