HACKTRACK
Faculty of Computer Applications, Marwadi University organized two days workshop - “HackTrack” on ethical hacking during 3rd and 4th September, 2016. The workshop was organized in collaboration with well known company in the domain of cyber security - TechDefence. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Sunny Vaghela, CEO, TechDefence.
110 students of various departments of Marwadi University participated in this workshop. 80 participants were given benefit of 50% contribution in registration fees by MU management.
The workshop covered following topics:
1. Google hacking
2. Information scanning
3. E-mail hacking
4. Network hacking
5. Buffer overflow
6. Mobile hacking
7. Wireless hacking
8. Cyber crime investigation
9. Application hacking
10. Cyber laws
11. Reverse engineering
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. R. Sridaran, Dean, FCA. Dr. Divyakant Meva / Prof. Kalpesh Popat worked as Faculty coordinators and Mr. Vishal Duvani worked as Student coordinator to plan and execute this workshop.
Prof. Ashwin Dobariya / Prof. Anita Gumnani coordinated hospitality requirement and Prof. Jobi Jose / Prof. Maulik Tanna coordinated Infrastructure requirements.
