Global Sales of approximate 100 million vehicles were recorded for year 2015. This global sale is associated with a turnover of close to 4 Trillion US $. In terms of direct employment worldwide around 10 million people contributing 5% of the global manufacturing employment. In addition to these direct employees, approximately 5 times people are employed indirectly in the related manufacturing and service provisions. Such that an estimated more than 50 million people earn their living from cars, trucks, buses and coaches. It is said that for every 1 Km of vehicle run around 13 lives are fed.

Department of Automobile Engineering established in the year 2013 with the aim to produce competitive and dynamic engineers who are easily fit in the requirement of the industries as well as serve the society with great concern for human values. We have a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty members who cater to the all-round development of students.
