Detail Description:
A project fair for the students of 8th semester Electrical Engineering was organized on 26/03/2019, as per the guidelines of the Gujarat Technological University (GTU). Total 33 Team and 121 students of electrical engineering department participated during the Project fair.
The students displayed their final year projects and posters, each of the groups was evaluated on the basis of the innovation, implementation, social applications and technical knowledge regarding their project by the event judge Prof. Uvesh Sipai , Prof. Anurag Gupta , Prof. Himanshu Chaturvedi , Prof. Dinesh Chabhadiya and Prof. Vatsal Patel.
Prof. Pavak Mistry have coordinated the event. Dr. R. B. Jadeja dean of faculty of engineering along with Dr. R. L. Jhala dean of faculty of technology interacted with students and motivated them during the event. All HODs and faculties of electrical engineering had discussion with students about their presented project/poster and provided the valuable suggestions.
All students of 4th semester and 6th semester had visited the event and interreacted with students of 8th semester, they have provided feedback and also shown interest to work on some ideas which can be extended with more features with great advancement.
Parth Joshi (160973109010), Darshan Kankhar (160973109012), Shreya Radadiya (160973109026), Darshan Sureja (160970109030) had presented the project entitled ‘Automatic Car Dorr Lock Using Fingerprint Sensor’ and achieved 1st rank in event.
Milan Gohel (160573109010), Parthsinh Jadeja (160573109011), Nishith Katariya (160573109014), Yash Vaghamashi (160573109028) had presented the project entitled ‘Industrial Fault Indication System’ and achieved 2nd rank in event.
Divyesh Vekariya (150970109004), Mayur Rameshbhai (150970109011), Yash Joshi (150970109010), Nagji Vekaria (150970109007) had presented the project entitled ‘Health Monitoring of Electrical Machines’ and achieved 3rd rank in event.
